At the start of each quarter, a player list will be published for the coming quarter for each separate sessions you play . If you are not playing a particular quarter please let us know in writing at least two weeks before the quarter starts so that we can finalise the numbers and fees calculations for the next quarter and add players from waiting list. Once the quarterly player list is finalised and published you will be liable to pay the quarterly charges. Once you paid for the quarter fees are non refundable.

If you leave from a particular group you usually play , you can only rejoin the same group if there are any spaces available as on most occasions any vacant position is filled by players on waiting list

Your quarterly membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you email us to cancel. The club organisers reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time without notice
